The conditions on which this site is made available, what our material may and may not be used for, and the limits of our liability. Last updated 8 September 2026.
§ 01Acceptance and scope
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms govern the website only. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over anything stated here in the event of conflict.
This site is operated by Cerebellum Intel Group, a Delaware limited liability company, with working locations in New York City, Austin and Los Angeles.
We may revise these terms at any time. The revised version applies from the date shown on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
§ 02No advice, no reliance
Website content is general information about our practice. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, employment or security advice, and no analyst-client or attorney-client relationship is created by reading it or by contacting us.
Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a basis for any transaction, hiring, partnership, investment or enforcement decision. Any assessment we deliver applies only to the scope, sources, date and limitations stated in that deliverable.
Any examples, sample briefs or scenarios shown are composite and illustrative. They are not client work, do not describe real subjects, and are not representations of outcome.
Intelligence work is inherently probabilistic. We do not warrant that any risk will be detected, prevented or quantified, or that any modelled scenario will occur.
§ 03Regulatory position
We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Our work product is not a consumer report and may not be used, in whole or in part, as a factor in establishing eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other FCRA-regulated purpose.
Access and any deliverable are provided for lawful business risk, diligence, contractual and brand-liability purposes only. You are responsible for confirming that your intended use is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Processing is limited to information lawfully and manifestly made public, or drawn from government records and widely distributed media. We do not conduct intrusion, pretexting, unauthorised access, surveillance of private communications or the purchase of unlawfully obtained data.
Clients must not use our material to harass, discriminate, stalk, intimidate or unlawfully surveil any person, and must not re-use it for an FCRA-regulated decision or resell it as a consumer report.
§ 04Acceptable use of this site
Ordinary browsing, reading and printing of pages for internal evaluation of our services.
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, credential stuffing, penetration or vulnerability testing without written authorisation, circumventing access controls, interfering with availability, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
Certain areas, including product briefings and the client workspace, require an issued credential. Credentials are personal, non-transferable and revocable, and must not be shared or published.
Do not send unsolicited confidential, privileged or special-category material through this site or ordinary email. Contact us first and we will arrange a secure channel.
§ 05Intellectual property
The site, its text, layout, marks, methodology descriptions, frameworks and software are owned by Cerebellum Intel Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade-secret law. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the site.
Rights in engagement deliverables are allocated in the engagement agreement. Absent written agreement, deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use in the stated matter only and may not be republished or transferred.
Third-party names, marks and links are used for identification only unless an affiliation, partnership or endorsement is expressly stated on the relevant page. All third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. We are not responsible for external sites.
Copyright, trademark or accuracy complaints may be sent to support@cerebellum.online. Substantiated notices are actioned promptly.
§ 06Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from use of this site. Website-related liability is limited to one hundred United States dollars; engagement liability is governed solely by the engagement agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any statutory consumer right you hold in your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or from any use of our material outside the permitted purpose.
§ 07Accessibility
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The site uses semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, contrast-tested colour in both light and dark presentation, and respects the reduced-motion setting of your operating system.
If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, write to support@cerebellum.online with the page address and the barrier encountered. We aim to acknowledge within five business days and to offer the content in an alternative format while a fix is made.
§ 08Law and general terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware, save where mandatory local law grants you a different forum.
You may not access the site or receive services where doing so would breach applicable sanctions, export-control or anti-money-laundering law. We screen counterparties before engagement.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
These terms, together with the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy and Compliance architecture, form the whole of our website terms.
